One of the greatest food experiences is waiting for you at Ambassade d’Auverge, and it’s called Aligot. Aligot is a garlicky, stretching, cheesy mashed potato-y miracle.
You have to walk the length of Paris to work it off. But Paris is a nice walk, so you can go ahead and splurge. The Aligot comes with duck breast and that is also delicious. Start your meal off with the warm lentil salad and finish with the chocolate mousse.
You may have to walk to London after this meal, but London’s a nice place to visit too!
